Focused Deep Dive Session (1 hour): 90 EUR

In this 1-hour session, we’ll use mindfulness and embodiment techniques to uncover new insights, address your current needs, and find practical steps forward. During each session, we’ll craft simple, personalized practices that fit into your daily routine and align with your goals. Commitment to practicing between sessions is key to making lasting progress, and I’ll provide you with the support and tools you need to stay engaged.

Sessions are available in English, French, and Russian and can be conducted either online (via Zoom) or in person for those based in Nantes.

FREE INTRODUCTORY SESSION

During the free introductory session (20 minutes), we will get to know each other, clarify your goals and needs, and address any questions you might have to determine whether working together would be a good fit.
